There are 3 levels of decks to escape to and enjoy. Decks are high so may not be suitable for very small children who are not aware of that as potential issue. 4 other guest rooms, one with a Queen and the other 3 that have full size beds. Will not rent to large groups for parties, events, sports groups. No excessive noise after 10:00 PM. There are strict noise ordinances in place from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and guests can be subject to fines if owner is fined for guest's stay. Lighting Rules. No outdoor lights to be on after 10:00 PM.
